REGISTRATION and RE-ENROLLEMENT IS NOW OPEN!!!

Children who will be 3 years old (PreK3), 4 years old (PreK 4) and 5 years old (junior kindergarten/kindergarten) before December 1, 2024, are eligible to attend school in the fall.

Registration and Re-enrollment will be online through FACTS Management again this year, starting March 4. 2024, for all grades PreK3-grade 6.

Please have a digital copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, and baptismal record (if applicable) available to complete your registration packet.

 Screenings for kindergarten students will be scheduled in June. Parents with children currently attending PreK4 at Trinity will have a kindergarten screening scheduled later in the spring

THE GALA IS COMING!

*The theme this year is Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Present, Looking Towards the Future, in keeping with our 40th year celebration.

Tickets go on sale at 8am in the advancement office at Trinity Catholic School, or by phone at 9am (315-769-5911)

These items were made with a LOT of love by our students, teachers and families. There are some TRULY unique and amazing pieces that will bring the winner years of joy!
The items go up for bid as of 8am on Monday, April 15th. The auction will close during our Gala, at 8:30pm on April 27th.

 

*For attire, we encourage our guest to dress in elegant outfits that include our school colors: royal blue, white and silver.

*Coach’s Corner will be catering again for the 8th year with a delicious buffet meal!

*As always, we will have awesome prizes on which to bid in our Live and Online Auctions, as well as a chance to win one of our Treasure Boxes!

Trinity Catholic School Drop Off/Pick Up Procedure for 2023-24

  • Due to the safety of our students, staff and parents, all students should be dropped off/picked up at the cafeteria doors unless they are late or leaving early.

  • Doors open at 8:15 a.m. for students (unless enrolled in Before Care.)

  • All students should be dropped off at the cafeteria door between 8:15 a.m. and 8:40 a.m.

  • The cafeteria door will be locked at 8:41 a.m.  Any student arriving after that time should be accompanied by a parent/guardian to the office through the front entrance door and signed in as late.    

  • All personal vehicles should enter from the Main Street Entrance between the convent and school sign. (see map)

  • Follow the single-file lane along to the back of the church parking lot. Cars will be parked in the center of the lot – you will drive along the right side of the parking lot towards the cafeteria doors.

  • When you have reached the front of the cafeteria doors and have pulled as far forward as you can (without hitting the car in front of you) stop and let your student(s) exit/enter your car FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE ONLY.   Staff will be at the doors to assist your student(s) into the school.

  • You cannot park in the drop off/pick up lane and leave your vehicle.  YOU MUST STAY IN YOUR CAR AT ALL TIMES.  If you want to park your vehicle in the parking lot and walk to the cafeteria doors to drop/pick up your student, please do so. (This would probably be the best way if your child is in car/booster seat)

  • Pick up is from 2:50 to 3:00 p.m.  Be careful, cooperative and patient!  Watch out for kids and other vehicles.

  • Please remember, buses will use this same lane.  Do not pass a bus with red flashing red lights and please give buses the right of way.

  • If you arrive after 3:00 p.m. and the student(s) are not waiting at the cafeteria doors, FOR SAFETY REASONS, the remaining student(s) will be escorted to the cafeteria and wait in After Care for pick up. You will need to park your car and go to the cafeteria doors and wait for After Care staff to get your child. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we have no other way to supervise the students after 3:00 pm, and waiting in the lobby is not a safe option.

  • Please share with anyone who will pick up your child.

Dress Code

We’ve tweaked the dress code slightly last year. If you’re out shopping, here’s a quick link to it.
(Don’t worry. the Parents Handbook for 2023-2024 is almost ready!)

-The changes are: added crop tops and cargo or camouflage pants to the “not allowed” list.

-Remember, no more Friday Jeans Day on the last Friday of the month… because now we get “Wear it Wednesday” EVERY week!
